Shipping Information

Tines for Change pieces are handmade and made to order which may take 1-3 week production time.

Everything is shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking except for international packages which tracking is unavailable for. BUYER may also choose to upgrade shipping upon checkout.

UNITED STATES:

ALL domestic parcels ship USPS First Class with tracking.

We cannot be held responsible for mail system loss or damage. We will do our best to help you find your package, but please realize that this is at no fault of Tines For Change.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

ALL International parcels ship USPS and may take up to 8 weeks for delivery depending on your location. International items will NOT be mailed with insurance due to incredibly high cost. International orders do NOT come with tracking. We cannot be held responsible for attempted deliveries when BUYER is not home to receive package. If a package is returned to us, we will gladly re-ship (with additional shipping charges) If BUYER prefers to receive a refund, we will gladly extend once the package has been returned to us safely.

BUYER is responsible for knowing their country's import restrictions and understand that we are NOT responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur.
